For the first time in our country, the National Day of the Turkmen Horse and the Day of the Turkmen Alabai are celebrated together. Today, large-scale work is being carried out in our country to grow and improve, to spread glory in the world of Turkmen horses and Alabai, which have become the national pride of the Turkmen people, as well as to develop the art of horse breeding and dog breeding. If our purebred Ahal-Teke horses are known all over the world for their beauty, character and ingenuity, then our Turkmen Alabai are distinguished by their devotion, courage and dedication.

  On the initiative of Our Esteemed President, in the Mary district of the Mary velayat, a grand opening of the Mary center of the International Association "Turkmen Alabai" took place. The total area of ​​the newly constructed facility is 1 hectare, which includes exhibition and walking areas, a tribune, a staff management building, a farm building for dog kennels, storage rooms for 2-6-month-old puppies, an open-air cage for adult dogs, bathrooms for washing them, a veterinary and isolation center, a parking lot, a canteen and other premises are foreseen during the construction of the new center. During the construction, modern building materials were used, which are of high quality and environmental friendliness. The center has all the requirements for the alabai seed-growing activity, the identification and strengthening of their characteristic features. Also, the center provides all the opportunities for the effective work of breeders, scientists, livestock specialists and veterinarians.
