In the prosperous epoch of the powerful state, as a result of the humanitarian policy of our Esteemed President, large-scale works are done in order to deeply study, and pass to current and future generations our glorious history, which dates back to ancient times, the values our ancestors added to world culture.
Creation of Association “Turkmen Alabai” on the 1st of May, 2020, holding the 1st meeting of the Assosiation “Turkmen Alabai” on the 7th of May, 2020, by the initiative of our Esteemed President, show the great respect paid to the Turkmen dog breeders. As a result of the unprecedented efforts of the Head of State in this regard in a short time, the complex of buildings of the economic society "Turkmen alabay itleri" in the territory of Ak bugday etrap of Ahal velayat, veterinary clinic and pets complex in Anau were built and put into operation. Equipped with hi-end veterinary equipment, the building is a new center for timely detection and treatment of pet diseases.
Also, it was a historical event that on 31st August of 2020, at the meeting of the founders, the association was given an international status, on the basis of the organization the International Association “Turkmena Alabai” was created, at its extraordinary meeting relevant issues were discussed, its charter was adopted and new members were accepted.
At the moment, Quarantine center of the association, Centers for Turkmen alabai dogs in Balkan, Dashoguz, Lebap, Mary velayats and in Ashgabat city, Complex of International Association “Turkmen Alabai” are in the last phases of construction.
In order to develop dog breeding, widely share the achievements in this area in international level, “Exemplary Turkmen Alabai” journal of International Association “Turkmen Alabai” was created.
Along with these works, in the work of the association, an important place is given to international cooperation on the matters of Turkmen alabai. In particular, long-term cooperation is being established on the matters of inclusion of Turkmen alabai in the list of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), as well as cooperation with prestigious organizations, including foreign associations, legal entities and private cynologists from various parts of the world.
In addition, in the future, it is planned to hold regular conferences, exhibitions, competitions of Turkmen alabai dogs and other international events, as well as to conduct scientific research in our country.
